The Xyron Adhesive Eraser easily cleans up misplaced adhesives. If you mistakenly affix something in the wrong place, you can use this adhesive eraser remover to remove the tacky residue left behind. It will effectively remove the residue of most types of glue, even on delicate paper. This adhesive eraser is acid free, which makes it preferred for use on archival paper.

It does not remove the excess adhesive from the edges of my photos without smearing the adhesive and distorting the images on my photos.I have since found a polymer eraser which works amazingly well, and I will continue to use the polymer product from now on. It is a time consuming step - but well worth the time it takes to remove the excess adhesive. At least the polymer eraser does the job without damaging my photos.I would like to return the XYRON erasers to WalMart - but am not sure how to do so, since I purchased them on line, and the store does not carry the product in-house. 07/18/2010
