I got this for my boyfriend to put is his truck. He installed it in about 45 minutes. I expected it to take a while but I don't think that was too bad. He picks my daughter up fromantic daycare so I got this to entertain her. I have the head rest DVD players in my car and they skip a lot of freeze up. This one hasn't had any problems with skipping or freezing. It would make a good gift for someone with a personalized vehicle or anyone with kids.I wish the screen was bigger but I guess it would get in the way if it was. I like it over all and my daughter is very excited about it. Great quality for the low price.

You can install the XO Vision X358 7" In-Dash Touchscreen DVD Receiver with Bluetooth but I had a professional do mine. There are a lot of features to this unit but it comes with a very detailed manual that explains everything. Since I had it professionally installed I purchased the extra part so that I could have the backup camera capabilities. If you have the extra money this is well worth it. The touch screen is wonderful and easy to use. This comes with a sd card hookup and usb/flash drive hookup. I love the music options. I can put in a CD, use the Radio, or my IPhone. I love the Bluetooth. Being able to go hands free has been wonderful. That's just the features I love about it and nothing about how much the kids love watching their DVD's. The picture quality is very good. I love the 7" screen. This system also has a remote control so it makes it easy to use no matter where you are sitting in the vehicle. The price for this system is very reasonable and would make a great Christmas gift. I say that because after I got mine installed my daughter is now hinting that's what she would like.

Great product for adults & kids

When the Walmart Sparks team offered this very cool little unit for review, I quickly requested it. Having an old school vehicle, 1998 van, with an equally old school cassette player radio, I thought this would be perfect to bring our listening capability into the 21st century. I must admit that all the features to this unit is somewhat daunting to me but there is a very detailed manual that comes with it that explains all the ins and outs of operating all the features so with time, I'm sure even a non-audiophile like myself will be able to use it with ease.

The features are wonderful! It's compatible with so many different formats. MP3, CD, DVD and a few more. Also a quality sounding radio with a lot of presets you can program, It has an auxiliary input for whatever you may need, a mini SC Card slot as well as Bluetooth which is very handy for less distracted driving. Picture quality is surprisingly good. I've never had a DVD player in a vehicle so I have nothing to compare it to but I'm very pleased with this. Installation was a little challenging for us but I'm sure anyone else who's installed any radios before would have no problem or take it to a shop and have them put it in if you have any qualms at all about it. Oh, and one more thing, all these features are controlled with a small remote control AND the front of the unit is detachable. Love this, very pleased and would definitely recommend!

I have been looking for a upgrade on my car CD / Radio and this was all I wanted and more.
It has a 30 channel preset function so I can store all my favorite stations from both AM or FM.
I love the fact that I am able to use the DVD player to play Movies to entertain the passenger, and it has a CD player for my personal Music.
Plus it has a MP3 and MP4 plug in so I was able to hook up my MP3 player to the system so I can now take that Music everywhere.
The Front of the player all has a USB port and a SD card slot. Now I can show off my Grand babies in style.
It comes with a removal able face plate. Between the remote control, or using the Touch screen controls it makes it easy to use no matter where you are sitting, driver's seat, passengers seat or from the back seat .
I will be buying a Reverse camera because it has a Reverse camera input
Love everything about this system. It has so many functional, affordable, High quality system and works very smoothly. This is more than a radio, Plus it has a sub woofer output It weight is about 5 pounds. My car is to dark so pictures would not turn out. so wanted to show what you get in the package

Entertaiment on the Goooo

My daughter (9) loves this new multi-media player for my car. I had an old school radio in my old school car. This radio probably has more technology than my entire car haha. Anyway, I like to listen to my mp3 player on this. My daughter uses it for all the other functions. She watches DVD's, she uses the usb drive to play songs and videos. She can also put her camera's SD card in it and it will show all the pictures. Now my car is over 15 years old so I don't know if this is a problem for any other people, but the radio had to be installed with it sticking out about 2-3 inches. Now I don't mind it doing that because the quality and awesomeness of the new radio outweighs this problem. My husband said it could have been installed where it was flush against the dash, but then the 7 inch screen would not be able to open because of my dashboard poking out above it. I've included some pictures of what the screen looks like and a close up of the dials and buttons. I do plan on getting a camera for my car because this has an input for one. Also, if you listen to your FM/AM radio, this has very good reception. Better than my old radio had. I like the touch screen options because they are larger than the little buttons on the face of the radio that are hard to see for some people. I used the bluetooth when my husband used his phone in the car. It was pretty cool. We used his gps to get somewhere and it was very handy to see it right there on a big screen while I was driving. Much easier than trying to listen to your phone for when to turn next. You can actually see the map. This product is really handy. I mean you get a radio, dvd, cd, mp3, mp4, sd card hookup, usb/flash drive hook up, and camera hook up all in one device with a nice 7 inch screen. I highly recommend this!

Nice upgrade; Daughter loves it; Movies and Music

I really love this DVD Car Stereo Receiver, I have installed it in my Jeep Liberty 2003, by myself, it is pretty easy to install, in old cars with the single din dash, you have just to remove the old Stereo Receiver and install the new one.

If you have a new car, I recommend you to buy the single din dash kit, for your car also; the Wire Harness Plug is going to help you installing the Stereo Receiver, without having to cut the original wires in your car.

This is a great DVD Car Stereo Receiver, for people who want an upgrade for his car, this DVD Car Stereo Receiver, came with:

- Touch screen 7”: Great resolution and nice size, it opens pretty fast.

-Rear Camera connection (Camera NO included), easy to install and you can find the camera on internet for 15$

- Bluetooth Connection (Bluetooth car hands free and to hear the music from your phone): pretty nice to connect your Pandora or the music in your phone.

In general the Car Stereo Receiver is pretty nice, nothing too sophisticated, easy to set up and use.

This model doesn't have (GPS, TV or IPod connection).

I have to say great things come in small packages. I am just thrilled with this product. We got this a couple of days ago to review as a Wal-Mart Spark Reviewer for free to give our honest and unbiased opinion. I was so excited to see what it could do. We finally got the finishing touches on it yesterday and decided to go for a ride. It is so easy to use and movies and music alike both play flawlessly. It has great sound and a great picture. I am glad that my son was able to install it as I would have no clue how. According to him however, it was an easy install with little effort for anybody with any stereo hook up knowledge. This is so nice to have for the kids to watch movies on. I also love, love the fact that it can all be done wirelessly.
All I had to do was connect my blue tooth and I was good to go. I love the fact that I can play my music from my iphone or use it as a speaker phone and go hands free. It also has touch screen controls which means no more pesky knobs. It even has a remote control included. It's compatible with so many things it's amazing from DVD, CD, mp3, mp4, and my iphone. I love this system, just wish I had found it sooner. My son has decided I need to get another one for him for Christmas since it's so neat. ha! Two thumbs up!!

Well Worth the Money

Unit was difficult to install. Naming of connection and instructions not thorough enough.. Once installed unit does as it should.

Good but better with more info

This head unit is more sturdy than I was expecting and works as I would have expected it to.  I am disappointed with the quality of the FM Tuner as it is weaker than the factory head unit that this replaced.  The screen has great picture quality and the Bluetooth capability is easy enough to figure out.  The manual does leave a little to be desired with regards to installation (especially if you choose to use an add-on backup camera).  You can't beat the price, though.  One note: If installing on a Chrysler or Jeep make sure you buy an antenna adapter if required.

Good Unit for the price

I bought this because other reviews were very positive and one said that the screen on a smart phone would display so you could use the GPS and mapping and view it on the larger XO screen. This is not the case, it only works with Bluetooth for the hands free phone. The phone function works OK but those you are talking to say the quality is poor. Leaning into the microphone, middle of the radio, helps some but a real conversation isn't possible most of the time. The search and save functions on the radio don't really work and it will erase your saved stations and go back to the ones that the radio started with when new. It's cold in Montana and the touch screen usually won't work until it warms up. The buttons on the bottom for saved stations also don't work per the instructions. Radio reception is poor. Stations I could with the OE radio for 40-60 miles are now only good for about 10 miles. I have a local FM station I could always get at my house 18 miles from town, now it goes away in 8 miles. And yes I have it on "distant station" mode. The screen doesn't deploy everytime when you start the vehicle. Only about half the time. When you use the AUX function only a blue screen is shown, no clock, no info, just blank. Very annoying.  Inexpensive but has enough issues that I will probably take it back.
