- This is perfect for toning! There are 3 different areas of toning in this dvd: upper body, lower body and core/abs. In each segment there is short bouts of cardio but not much. Each segment is 20mins long and you can pick and choose the area you want to work if you want to break it up. It is a very good toning workout.by KentuckyMSMommy8/15/2013Was this answer helpful? - Jackie works with circuit training, one min strength, one min cardio. However the entire DVD is focused on toning. I like that its not bouncing around to burn calories and my arms and waist have never looked better.by FitnessGirly10/24/2011Was this answer helpful? (0) (0)Was this answer helpful?
