Instructions: Thaw product prior To cooking. Sausage is fully cooked when athermometer reads 160 F. skillet: spray a nonstick skillet with nonstickcooking spray. Heat skillet To medium-low. Add sausage links. Cook for12-16 minutes or until golden brown, turning often. Oven: pre-heat ovento 350 F. spray a shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Placesausage links on pan.
