    Rated 2.3 out of 5★ by 21reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Threw about 10 clays out of it and noticed that it wasn't throwing with the same velocity and throwing arm wasn't locking correctly. The weld on the pivot point broke after just a few throws.Instructions were pretty much pointless on putting it together. Poorly written, better to just look at the picture. 08/25/2013
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Waste of Money Hope Winchester is putting better quality in there guns, or I'll never buy one again. After about 25 throws the frame began to bent along with the very thin aluminum throwing arm. I couldn't use it at all be 30. Very cheaply produced product and hurts the companies name and reputation. I didn't even get to use it for an hour. Now will be out the money in gas to return it. 07/27/2013
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Junk To call this thing junk is actually an insult to junk. Cheap, flimsy, weak welds. Had to reinforce the whole thing and mount it to a tire for it to be usable. 09/15/2013
Rated 4 out of 5★ by Decent thrower when used correctly The key to consistent performance with any of these lightweight throwers is good anchoring. If the thrower is allowed to "recoil" at all during a throw, the throwing distance is shorter, and there is a much greater chance of errant throws or broken clays. The unit is also more likely to work fasteners loose or distort lightweight parts.Anchor this thing INTO the ground, and then weight it down with something heavy (60lb cement bags laid across the frame arms work very well). It's a bit hard to set the throw arm against the spring tension, and the release mechansim isn't the smoothest, but it functions fine and throws 95% of the clays without mishap.Decent value for the money when assembled and used correctly. 08/29/2013
Rated 1 out of 5★ by JUNK !! Parts don't fit without "adjustment" during assembly. Instructions poorly written. Took son and I 2 hours to assemble. Finally able to stick in ground and throw some clays; all 4 of them before locking arm bushing backed out, fell in grass and was lost for ever. SAVE YOUR MONEY 12/23/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Works very well I bought one of these at my local store a week ago for my wife and I to have something new to try. I've never shot clay targets before and wanted to have something to use at our local public range. Putting it together went well, a few areas I think could be improved would be placement of spring latch and some additional washers. Also the string was too short unless you plan to sit down next to it, I made a longer cord to allow comfortable standing with some paracord since the area we shot in has high grass. We really didn't know what to expect, but luckily another group at the field had one like ours and gave us some tips and pointers on how to shot the disks. I made sure to bring a large rubber mallet and hammer in the legs and stakes very well and it never moved. At first I didn't have the elevation at max, so the launch was very low. I changed the angle to max up and another shooter told me to place the clays at the end closest to the cut out to get more hang time. After that we had a ball, buying a box of clays and shells is way cheaper then current ammo prices and the challenge is great since I was getting bored shooting paper targets with our other guns. 07/25/2013
Rated 1 out of 5★ by waste of money this was a huge waste of money. after about 15 launchs it started to bend and after about 20 i couldnt even use it anymore. do not but this whats so ever big waste of money. 06/29/2012
Rated 1 out of 5★ by RUN AWAY!!! Biggest piece of junk ever. Upon launching the 15th clay, I noticed the unit was becoming bent and holder was warping. The unit began to hang its own mounting. I was able to launch a total of 20 clays before the unit failed completely. I was ultimately forced to fully rebuild the unit with only the azimuth and spring hardware remaining. This was an additional $25 in materials and about 2 hours of my time +/- $100. Total cost including original price... $155.00, not priceless. Find a better product to spend your money on. 02/26/2012
