I love this loaf pan. I can make 16 small loaves in 25 minutes (I bought another on of these loaf pans previously) instead of 1 large loaf in about an hour. This is great for sharing. The bread slides right out and I don't even have to wait for it to cool down.

I make meat loaves, bread loaves, mini pies, there is not much i cannot do with this pan, all it takes is good food and imagination. I had one, my mother wanted it, I gave it to her and really missed mine. So .. I bought another one. Thank you for providing great values, great quality and the option of picking it up or being sent to the house. Now that my bones are a mess I do not get out as much and to have this delivered is a blessing :D Sincerly Candy

This is exactly what I needed to make my cornbread or cornbread muffins and my meatloaf. I can make a meatloaf and have it already separated into small convenient sections. I am single and most recipes are for families that use it up in one sitting. Now, I can wrap each one individually and store some in the fridge and some in the freezer for later use. The food does not stick to it and it cleans easily. I am sure I will think of other things to cook in it soon. I Think I would have liked one with six molds of which each mold was a little bigger. But, overall, I am happy with it.

This makes the perfect size finger food. Non-stick, easy to use, and easier to handle than a piece of cake. Extremely well made pan.

    • A. I measured one of my finished loafs and it is 3 1/2 X 2 and 1 3/4 inches high. Which is great for a single serving, bake sales or holiday gifts. I also fill my mini loafs to about 3/4 full (but that could depend on your batter texture, mine is very thick).

    • A. The measurements are: 3 1/2" L x 2 1/4" W x 1 1/4" D. I make cornbread/muffins in it. I fill each mold 3/4 of the way full and they come out perfect. They rise to the top edge and make a rounded top loaf look. In other words...they make perfect little cornbread/muffin loaves.

    • A. 2 inches across, 2 inches deep 3 inches long, makes 8 loaves, I love it. I use for cakes, breads, meat loaves, rice cups, pies, cut the rounds from a pie crust, place in cup, press down gently and fill halfway up with filling, fold crust over the filling ...does not need to completely close.

    • A. I do 3D modeling, if I put the overall dimensions into a modeler and scale the picture to match it, I can querie for unknown dimensions. Each loaf is roughly 3.5" long x 2.25" wide x 1" deep. (I am looking for some smaller than this that my wife wants to replace.)

    • A. I baked mine at 350 for 30 mins, or half the time required on directions. Filled a little over two thirds full, and they turned out perfect.

    • A. I normally bake a large loaf of banana bread at 350 degrees for 55 minutes and the mini loafs at the same temperature for 25 minutes.

    • A. It depend on your own oven and how much you put in milk or water-for real. Because some oven can be old out-dated and vary temp. If you put in too much milk or water , it may take longer for heat to evorapte. It is better to check each 30 mins or as soon you smell something differently such as banana bread. Stick toothpick in it and see if bottom is moist or dry. Most is supposed take 30 mins to 1hour , still oven or ingredients vary.

    • A. I am not sure about banana bread but I make cornbread and cornbread muffins in it and it takes about 20-25 minutes . I always check it at 20 minutes and go from there. Not very long really. I cook it in a 350 degree oven.
