Base is a bust All products with the base centered like this one has problems in the long run with breakage. They start to give in the center from one side then the other two. It may last for 6 or 8 months but not much longer, and the heavier the person the shorter it will hold them. Beware! 10/20/2009
Your vendor CSN Stores is great.Had some problems with the chair, arrived via UPS, and the box had a big hole in it, and the chair was damaged. CSN went out of their way to make sure this was resolved. Great company.Now the chair is just what I expected. Nice looking. just the right size and comfortable.Bill 03/03/2010
Great Value We needed a small recliner for my elderly dad, and this was the only option I could find. The chair was easy to assemble and looks great. The reclining lever is not the best, but if you pull up the bottom and move the lever at the same time, it works fine. The swivel feature is fantastic and you can adjust the chair to several positions. Not perfect, but great for the money. Base doesn't scratch floor. 03/08/2011
Difficult To Use The handle is not mounted properly. You push forward and down on the handle to raise the legs. To do this you must lean forward with your pushing against the foot rest you are trying to raise.Two men put the chair together. 01/18/2011
