    GREAT!!! product The is a great product for anyone who wants to spend fun time with their kids and have a good workout while doing it without feeling as thought you are working out, or for anyone who wants to work up a sweat without having to go to a gym or run a mile. I really do enjoy this product.Once you get started, it can be very addictive because it rates you and give you points as well as opens up more challenges as you progress which makes it very interesting and fun. I love it and my 10 and 8 yr olds can't get enough of it. Because of the new challenges that opens up after you have mastered a routine, myself and kids are competing with each other for better scores, and before you know it, we are doing it for several hours a day.I must warn however, that you will be pretty sore in the rib, arms, shoulders, buttocks, thighs and in places you never knew you had muscles that work from just boxing. Only had it for a month and have been using it 5 times a week and have lost 2 inches on my waist and one inch on my hips. If I were to follow my kids, I will be using it 7 days a week.I love this work out and think its much much better and effective than the Wii Fit for $60 & $90 bucks. This is a great product for the value. 07/19/2009
    BUY THIS GAME!!! This game is great if you want to sweat! It is mostly shape boxing, but has a lot of variety and is really fun. I think this game along with the Wii Fit game is a perfect combination of workouts. 04/21/2009
