product is middle of the road This skimmer is marginal at best. It did fit, but the front piece was warped and I question if it will stand the test if time. The basket that came with the skimmer only lasted 4 days before it split in several places, plus it is very small. I still do not understand why they have a wide mouth skimmer and such a small basket inside of them. This one is even smaller than my old one was. 07/06/2010
Definately worth the money. Good solid product and fit nicely. Only complaint I would have is that it came in an off grey color when I thought I was getting an off white color. Don't remember if there was a color choice, I think not, but I went with the pics and thought one color and got another. The earth tone (grey) goes fine with the new sand filter I got so it really didn't matter. Have used the product daily for more then a month and have had no problems. Tks 07/05/2010

Piece of Junk!! I purchased this skimmer with hopes of replacing the old one while saving some money. I found out I got what I paid for. The molded plastic was deformed, the screw holes were twisted and would more than likely break if I put a screw into it. Very flimsy. I returned this piece of junk. Would not recommend!! 06/07/2010
