Rated 4 out of 5★ by FloridaKathy 50 shoe, 10 tier rolling shoe rack I bought this EXACT same rolling shoe rack at my local Walmart for $36 (Mainstay is the manufacturer) and see NO difference in the two whatsoever except for the price! I have in excess of 100 pairs of shoes so was happy to finally find one made completely of metals, NO plastic whatsoever so it adds stability. I actually have 58 pairs of shoes on mine and this rack can hold up to 90 pounds of shoes. I assembled it myself and I am NOT mechanically inclined so ease of assembly is obvious. u will want An electric Phillips head screwdriver to quicken the pace in my opinion which is what I used. But can be assembled with a regular Phillips head screwdriver which is not included. I love the fact that its on wheels and also has a locking mechanism on the wheels so u can lock it into place once assembled and where u want it placed. I am going back to buy another one to accommodate the remainder of my shoes. It IS stable although once completely loaded with the shoes it CAN sway a little from side to side. but it remains stable and doesn't move unless i bum into it too hard. I HIGHLY recommend this shoe rack as its the only one I've found that is made completely of metal and can actually hold all of these shoes as claimed. and again, if u buy it at Walmart u can get it for under $36! 05/02/2014

Rated 5 out of 5 Excellent for a girlfriend with a lot of shoes I bought this for my girlfriend this based upon the description that it could hold up to 50 pairs of shoes, which is an accurate statement. What the description does not tell you could be based upon common sense, I suppose. It does not take into account the shoe size of the consumer using it. My girlfriend wears 10.5 (W) to 11 (normal width) sized shoes and she could only store four pairs per rack, making it a maximum of forty pairs which could be stored. If storing heels, the racks are so close together, that removing one pair of shoes causes an avalanche, for the heels of the upper pair go into the heel of the lower. On the plus side, its assembly was so easy, a child could do it. In closing, I would say that the racks of the Whitmor, Inc 50 Pair Shoe Rack, could and should be spaced a bit further apart, which I do realize, would make it taller, but I would prefer taller over helping my girlfriend with the aftermath of the avalanche. 02/12/2014
