Rated 1 out of 5 by hotchic2 I ordered the TV on line....Received it when they said we would....The tv was damaged, we called westinghouse, like you are suppose to...they were to send us the labels to send tv back..after 2 phone calls and 2 emails, we never did receive anything...we waited a week then took the tv back to a local walmart...it was no problem exchanging it there...we than bought a samsung...I would never recommend a westinghouse!!!! the customer service for westinghouse is very poor!!!! 02/14/2013

I have not had a problem with my television... great picture. the sound quality is not that great but if you get a sound bar then you have it made. I have not had an issue with my television so I have not had to experience westinghouse customer service as did someone else. I felt compelled to write this review because they did not get to experience the Westinghouse television itself. I hate that but I have truly enjoyed my television. I have had it over a year now, got it during the Christmas holiday season. I bought it because so many people gave this product great reviews. So if you do give it a chance you will not be sorry... unless you do not get a sound bar (the only bad thing about it). 02/24/2013
