great product!!! I bought the product because I always shouting at my child upstairs in his play room. Now all I have to do is push a button and talk to him and he talks back!! No more shouting upstair when I needed him and if he needs me just push the call button and we talk to each other!!! great!!! 09/06/2011
Works great Reading other reviews for this and some other intercom systems, I was concerned about finding the compatible electrical plug in the two rooms I wanted to connect. We had just built a third floor room in the house and I wanted to link it and the first floor kitchen. Gladly, the two units worked perfectly the first time - and in the first sockets I tried - right out the box. Sound quality is great and it looks good too. 12/09/2011
Bought 3 units and they do not work. 04/21/2012
We put one unit upstairs and one unit downstairs to eliminate running up & down the steps for simple conversations. The reception for speaking is terrible. The listener cannot tell what the person on the other device is saying. A lot of static. 04/04/2012
