Q. What is the procedure for folding this item? Is there a "center pull" inside the basket?
- A. Yes, there is a nylon loop in the bottom of the wagon. Take out the folding "floor" and then just pull the loop and it folds right up similar to the way folding chairs fold up. I do it by myself with no problem. Then I just grab the sides and squeeze it together the rest of the way. There is a nylon strap that goes around it to cinch it up smaller and hold it together. You can then put the storage cover over it or just store it "as is".by Singlesoccermom7/15/2015Was this answer helpful? (10) (0)Was this answer helpful?

- A. Yes, there is a foldable bottom that you place in the basket of the wagon when carrying a load. To collapse, remove the foldable bottom and pull the loop located in the center of the basket. There is a carrying case that goes around the top part of the basket when collapsed (the wheels are exposed) that holds it all together, and a pocket on the outside of the carrying case to hold the foldable bottom.by Moeshell5/5/2015Was this answer helpful? I am disabled and live in an apartment. I was looking for something to eliminate heavy carrying or multiple trips back and forth to the car and that would store easily in the vehicle. The storage is wonderful add the wagon stores into a very compact space when folded up. The only problem I found when it was folded was that you have to carry it, the wheels get locked together making it impossible to roll it. The only other issue I have with the wagon is the handle length. I am 5'10" and when pulling the handle, I have to walk hunched over as the handle is not long enough. This may be partly due to the use of a cane or the hobbled way in which I walk, but that is one of the things that should be considered when designing something like this.

I bought the wagon as we were driving out of town on a camping trip. We had to walk in to our campsite. Sadly I didn't get to "play" with it before we left. It is folded up nicely and has a cover over the top with a handle but you can't pick it up by the handle because the cover will come off. It is Velcro. Trying to wheel it folded up doesn't work so well either because the wheels tangle. There is a tri- folded support that goes in the wagon and one of the sections was broke. There is some sort of pressed board inside canvas. It pulled fine. There is s plastic clip to put the handle in. After just a couple times of putting it in and out it started to bend. I really did love having the wagon but this was not made to stand up to much use. I have bought many Ozark Trails things and the quality and price have always been good. Unfortunately this failed.
