Poo on a Stick! I bought this because it matched my other appliances. This creates so much pulp it's unbelieveable. Out of a whole pineapple, a whole melon, half a full sized watermelon, and two small apples I didnt even get a full 8oz. glass of juice. Could you imagine the food costs to use this more than once a week? I was way excited to purchase this and purchased a couple hundred dollars in fruits and vegetables along side it. (love the super center) I brought it home and immediately starting useing it. I was very dissappointed with the amount of juice. However, I kept useing it to get rid of all the food I had previously purchased. It will only stay on for 6 seconds then the motor goes into safety mode and sits for 2-5 minutes to cool down. What fun! takes 45 min to make 4oz. which a blender could do in seconds. So I took this back thinking I just got a bad unit. NOPE! same thing with the second one and while I was returning my second machine someone was behind me in line returning the same thing. Dont buy save your money.Update: An aunt felt sorry for me after I told her my juicer story and gave me a Lalannne power juicer. You get 98% of the fruit or vegetable your juicing, you can juice rinds with no problems, and the motor does not shut off. The Lalanne juicer is worth buying and it's cheaper. 07/07/2010
