Better than most Went through two 'side' brew tea makers-both leaked constantly. This one does not leak.Choice of brew strengths is nice. Comes with loose leaf basket, which is nice.Pitcher is on the small side-have to fill old pitchers to get a decent amount of tea for a few days. Parts seem to stain very quickly-after first use, brew tray was stained. Sweetener tray not as useful as one would think-sugar melted and lumped in tray. Still, better than the Mr. Tea/Coffee makers. 05/11/2011
Iced Tea Maker Rocks! This iced tea maker is awesome! It makes great tea and is a snap to clean up because it comes apart easily. The ability to add some sweetener during brewing is a good feature. The only drawback is it came with no directions, however I was able to find some online. 04/06/2011
Great Product I use my new Ice Tea maker every week and I love it. Can make strong or weaker tea. Just depends on how much water/ice you use. Very easy to use and makes great tea! 03/21/2011
