Used to Work Great!!! I have had this crock pot for a little over 5 years and it used to be great! but the last year it has decided to have a mind of its own and cooks way to hot causing all of my meals to burn. i work full time and can not be at home to watch it, so its a waste now...have to buy a new one but will do my research for sure!!!! 07/16/2010
I loved this slow cooker until last night, I washed it and hand dried it. I placed on the counter to use, when I went to pick it up, part of the base broke. I haven't even had this cooker for even a year. I contacted Westband for warranty...no word yet..hmmm I wonder if I well. I should have listened and gone with the original crockpot slow cooker. 01/05/2012
