Rated 5 out of 5 by BigDoubleDee Nice size Love this tent bought for the kids and grand kids to use when they visit us, when we're traveling around Michigan camping. Lots of room inside for everyone. One main point I'd like to make is I've read a lot of reviews on tents and the biggest complaint was leaking in bad weather. People don't know or read the directions. Tents have to be seam sealed brand new out out the box. Good family project get as Many helpers as you can gather had them a roller or can and get ever single seam including the zipper seams. Also when it is raining while tent camping make sure nothing is touching the in side of the tent, this helps to keep the inside dryer too. Hopes this helps just want fellow campers to go more and stay dryer. Camping is great way to spend with your family. 03/15/2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by FirstTimeFamilyCampers Great family tent, great value I did a great deal of research before this purchase and was still worried that I made the wrong choice. I took my two young children, my brother and his three year old daughter camping in the mountains of Tennessee. We set up easily in around 30-40 minutes total and found it to be very roomy inside! I was worried that the kids would mess up the zippers. I was concerned it would rain. I didn't know if it would hold up to five people coming in and out of the tent for four days and it was our first time camping. The zippers gave us no problems. It did rain the first night. It actually stormed pretty bad and we had no leaks or water in the tent. There was no much wind but it kept the rain out. The tent held up just fine and we had plenty of room for more people. Some tips: Seal all the seams with a seam sealer. We used a bottle and a half of Colemans. Get extra stakes and rope...it came in handy. We also bought cheap little battery operated fans and pointed them up to the ceiling of the tent. It kept the air circulation flowing and humidity to a minimum. I'm also glad we set the tent up in our yard first as a trial and you should too, especially if it's your first time camping. All in all, great tent and great value. 08/18/2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by SunfishMama Great large, family tent We love this tent. Even though actual inside dimension is about 12'x14' it is still huge as a tent. We had queen mattresses in the inner room, and luggage and additional furniture on the outer room. Still plenty of space to walk around. We were rained out during our trip and the tent held up fine.If you want something for the family, this is a great choice. In fact, all of the kids in our group (about 12 of them) loved our tent and were using it as an indoor playground. Just an added bonus feature useful for camping trips. The only con I had was that due to the large size of the tent, and the fact that this is not a cold weather grade tent, it may get cold at night. But get good sleeping bags and you should fine. 08/12/2011
