Microwave: 1. remove tray from outer carton; pull back corner of film to vent. 2. cook on high for 2 minutes. 3. pull back film And stir. Replace film. 4. cook on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Conventional oven: 1. preheat oven to 350f. do not exceed 350f. 2. remove tray from outer carton; pull back corner of film to vent. 3. place tray on baking sheet on middle oven rack. 4. cook for 35 minutes. 5. when removing from oven, keep tray on baking sheet.
