time to get back in shape I just purchased the x factor home gym it took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to put together started to warm up today and I'm extremely satisfied this is one awesome machine Weider has done it again keep up the good work Oh by the way I'm no spring chicken i'm 52 yrs old ACTUALLY 52 yrs young once again thanks you guys at weider are the best when it comes to fitness. 05/15/2011

Nice product Once assembled this is a great product. The pieces for the base did not fit together correctly, had to do some modifications to make the pieces fit. But overall this is a great piece of workout equipment. 03/15/2011
Sturdy and versatile, yet very affordable It does everything you need in a home gym. I especially like the ankle strap. Resistance bands are geared towards lean muscle and this machine is perfect for that. It has a 300lb weight limit which most people opt for home gyms don't come close to. I would definitely recommend this machine to friends and family. 03/15/2011
