Just go online and do a search for total gym exercise and you will find some, you can also go to you tube and watch people doing exercise routines.

I looked up YouTube exercises for the Total gym on the internet and all of those can be done on this Weider.

what if there is no exercise guide with my product?

According to the User's Manual for this machine, the approximate body weight limit of the user should be no more than 250 lbs. Hope this helps!

The stated weight limit is 250lbs, but seems to be able to handle a larger person. I'm 265lbs and have no problems

We received our delivery 2 days early, that was a huge plus.  Everything arrived in excellent condition.  I did need help with assembly, mostly moving the main piece out of the box and flipping it over.  I didn't want to scratch our floors doing it by myself.

Assembly was easy, once I found the correct size torque wrench to use.  Much easier than using pliers.  Only drawback was the plastic covering on the padded slab.  It looks like Weider assembled the slab to the frame after the plastic covering was on the slab.  This made it very difficult to remove all the plastic from the underside of the machine.  We have cats and we don't want them to play or eat the plastic.  So that took the longest, trying to remove as much as we could.

Use of the machine is great.  Using it only for a few minutes that very first night, I could already feel it in my muscles.  I went on-line (look up on you-tube, Weider exercises) for videos and essentially made my own work-out chart from screen shots.  I do wish this came with an exercise poster.

I can feel this working my different muscle groups.  Even though some of the movements seem/feel easy at first, as you continue; you can tell you are getting a great workout.  This was a wonderful addition to our home gym. 

Over, very happy with our purchase.  Great value for a great price.

Whole new meaning to "pull your own weight"!

This is the heavy duty model of this machine, Weider sells it for a couple of hundred more on their web site than it is priced here.

The machine comes with a 2 year warranty when you register it on Weider.

It is a better value than the higher priced machines from Total Gym, and you can stream the workout videos on Youtube.

If you don't buy one your nuts...

I had a total gym years ago. When I started looking at those, I couldn't believe the prices they wanted. Found this for the same price I paid for the total gym 15 years ago!

It isn't quite as smooth, and is a little harder to collapse and store, but I don't really care about that. 

Only thing on it that I don't like is the knob to lock the extension in place. When it is collapsed, that knob sticks straight down on the underside, and the weight of the machine rests on it on the floor.

excellent machine, especially for this price

I was in a class at a gym with this type of machine and they ended the class. This was the only exercise routine I've stuck with so I bought this one. I am very pleased with the quality compared to the gym machine. I found videos on YouTube and I'm back in business.
