Rated 5 out of 5 by pennykeeper keep in shape with weider i got this item and i have been using it . its not hard but you will feel the burn the next day. i would recommed this item who just wants to keep in shapenot for someone who wants to add a lot of muscle.for the price this item is perfect . if you are a beginner like me, you will not have to use the resistance cords yet. which makes for longer use without outgrowing your machine 02/25/2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by 21st Well Rounded 100 Variabe Exercises When the Company developed the weider Total Gym 5000 they put a lot of inovation and thought into it.This Total Gym is awsome it realy gives you a workout in any type workout you want to perform it will work major muscle areas. I recomend this with a four and a half star Satisfaction rating, and a great value and well built, i am 6' 1" 319lbs working that down :) and it acommidates my frame with no problem. an excellent value for the price.
