perfect! these are prefect to use with your at home workouts. for those using P90X or similar product, these are great especially since they don't take up a lot of space and you get every weight you will need. good option if you don't have space to store a whole weight set and if you don't want to spend a ton of money. 10/11/2010
Works as advertised Easy to adjust weight preferences. Doesn't take up alot of room. Hand grips are soft. Weights make noise when you use them because the discs bang against one another. 05/29/2010
Like the Product I really like this product because it saves me from buying multiple weights of varying weight. With these, all I do is slide to the desired weight, lock it in and I'm ready to exercise. This product is easy to use. 07/28/2009
Fantastic! I'm not a professional weight lifter and live in a very small house. These weights are perfect. Small enough to slide under the couch when not being used and perfect range of weight to get through my new workout video. I'll likely buy the larger set when I work up to it but for now these are great. They're an excellent quality item. Shipping took a little longer then expected (10 days) but it was free so I'm not complaining :) 11/05/2011
