I love it!! We just got it yesterday in the mail for my big 3 1/2 yr old. Pretty simple to assemble! She has excellent balance on it!!! No problems what so ever. I even made her wear her elbow pads and knee pads the first 2 times she rode on it, but low and behold, it's actually pretty darned safe! I'm very pleased with it, and hope this helps anyone who is skeptical :)

assembly was a breeze... the flag was flimsy after initial installation. what i did was wrap a thin strip of rubber around the end of the pole before securing it. my 5yo son and I did a 5 mile break in and everything seems to be fine. no squeaky sound or any weird noise. all in all i'm so happy with my purchase... for $69+tax its a steal!

These are so fun, so easy to install, and so easy to take on and off your bike. My twins LOVE them!! They are only 3 (box says 4+) and although they can't reach the pedals, they have a blast going for rides. Great value! I shopped around and this is the lowest price you'll find!!

    • No drilling. Easily assambled to your bicycle. It took as maybe 30 minutes to put it together and get it on our bike.

    • No drilling, but you need about 3 inches of seat post space to bolt the attachment to.

    • No, it attaches with a bracket to your seatpost. There are 4 bolts that bolt the attachment around your seatpost

    • No... but you will need around 2 1/2" of space on your seat post to attach hardware. I've got this and to me, it looks like it will fit any bike as long as you have the room on your seat post
      by theunartist8/25/2010

    • No, there is a bracket that goes around your seat post. You can then leave the bracket on your bike all of the time and remove the child's bike with the quick-release. Extremely easy to do!

    • No - it fits on your bike with an attachment that is much like a ball and hitch of a truck - all hardware included - great product!

    • No it has a bolt on bracket that attaches to seatpost

    • No. You simply place the bracket around the seat post and tighten. Very simple and without any damage to the main bike.

    • It should work, as long as there is nothing blocking the bar, under the bike seat, that is where it attaches.

    • As long as you have a good sense of balance it should work.

    • I think so. I have no problem balancing my bike with the co pilot on it. I can't see the front carrier making it any harder.

    • Yes. All you need is a 3 inch length of the adult seat post to which wee ride will hitch to.

Was this answer helpful? (0) (0)
    • Yes, Wee ride bolts to the seat post so it depends on how the carrier mounts.

    • I have a trailer and use it when I need to carry my 4 year old and other things. This is great when it's us out for a ride (both come off easily and I leave the mounts in place for each). Neither interfere with the front of the bike, so you could put on another device up front. However, if you ride in hilly areas, that's going to be quite difficult, pulling that much weight.

    • yes, if you can handle all the extra weight. the attachment goes around the seat post would have no affect on a front carrier.

    • I do not see why you can't use both. The only thing I can say is thY you have to become accustomed to balancing yourself as well as the bike on the bike. Besides that you should be okay.

    • In theory this should fit almost any bike but the important thing is make sure you have about 2 1/2" of space on your bike seat post (and actual seat you sit on) to attach hardware.
      by theunartist8/25/2010
Was this answer helpful? (0) (0)
    • It attaches directly to your seat post, as long as your bike has a seat it should be able to attach.
