Rated 5 out of 5★ by Mama1515 Just perfect This item is compact yet large enough for family cooking and the stand just makes it complete. No looking for an extra table to sit it on. 06/08/2014

So we had to return it to Wal-Mart and get a different one. When we got it home the leg was broken on this grill too. We ended up calling Weber and they sent us a new leg but not we have to put it n the grill. This part comes already assembled. Awesome grill I just don't know how the legs got broke? 05/05/2014

Rated 2 out of 5★ by moeesha1 I should have listened to the reviews! I reaserched for weeks about BBQ pits trying to decide on the best one for my needs. I finally settling on this one because so many people say Weber grills are the best. I wanted a one burner small pit, to replace a one burner round gas grill. I liked the looks of the weber and thought it would look nice on the back deck. I was also looking for a grill that could turn over my perfect Rib Eye, med char on the outside light med Rare inside! Yum! I ordered on-line and found one,in store, within 20 miles from home. Later that day, my husband and I were ready to put it together, Rib Eye's marinating. Upon opening the box we discovered a BROKEN FRONT LEG on the pit AND a broken leg on the stand. Aaaaggghhh! I read the reviews that the leg was broken on many pits. I came close to asking the guy waiting on us to please open the box and check the leg but there was a few people behind us waiting to get served. I just could not believe that thine one, too, had broken legs. I called Weber, the rep was very pleasant and apologetic but also explained it was an issue and they would be happy to send us the broken parts, free of charge. She then said it could take 5-7 weeks for the new part to come in. When I hung up the phone, we decided not to wait on the parts, packed it up and returned it to the store. I called Weber to cancel the parts. We wound up purchasing an infa red Char Broil. It cooks a PERFECT steak! Maybe when this pit retires I'll try the Weber again. Hopefully the broken leg syndrome will have run it's course. 07/05/2014
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Looktogrill283 Broken Leg. Bought this in-store, not online. There was only one left so I made sure the box was sealed and not a return from a previous customer. Everything looked good so I bought it. Got home and pulled out the unit. The leg on the actual bbq grill (not the leg on the stand) was broken. A prior review by another buyer states the part was being replaced by Weber. But, I don't see how it is possible since the leg is plastic and molded on to the unit. The legs are pre-assembled, if you will, and doesn't appear to be user replaceable unless the whole grill is replaced. Anyways, I returned it to Wal-Mart, no hassle. Will be looking for another one at a Walmart and hopefully, I have better luck. This doesn't appear to be a Walmart problem (unless the box was thrown around). I read great reviews on the cooking for this Weber so I'm going to give it another try. 06/13/2014
