Love This Pan Cooks evenly, versatile (top of stove/in the oven), Use it all the time. Have 2 of them and have used for several years.Use for sausage, then sausage gravy. Roasts (top of stove/in the oven). Meat Sauces (the lid works great for straining excess grease.) 11/16/2009

Not happy! I bought this pan three weeks ago. It cooks wonderfully it looks nice, everything is great... until last night when I was washing dishes and saw what I thought was a piece of food stuck to the bottom of the cooking surface. It turned out to be the pan coating coming off. This I have to say ticks me off! I hope I'm not going to run into a problem getting this replaced. I am very careful how I treat my pan. I use a plastic spatula and wooden spoons for cooking and a rag when cleaning. We'll see shortly when I return it. 11/21/2009
