Product not operational The product was not operational when I received it. Would not charge. Had to contact manufacturer. 07/12/2009
Not What I Thought It Was This was my error. I thought I was buying a WaterPik water jet sprayer. I returned this product to the Walmart store with no problems and then went over to the pharmacy dept and bought a MUCH cheaper jet spray from Interplak.This product probably was a very good model but it's just not what I thought I ordered. 09/25/2009

Right Choice I looked at other electric toothbrushes but this one caught my eye and the reviews seemed overall positive so I order it online since our local Walmart did not have it. I am sooo glad I got it. My teeth feel so much cleaner and my gums don't hurt as much anymore since I had some type of gum disease according to my dentist. He recommended I'd buy this and the water flosser. I am really happy with both . I would definitely recommend this product and brand to everyone. 04/09/2012
