See the answer I posted to someone else asking the same question (and my review of the phone), both should be posted shortly. I'm not going to answer for everyone who keeps asking this question :) but basically WalMart's website is not working correctly for this phone model. There isn't ONE zip code currently that you can put in where it will say it works. Right now I'm using one I just bought at my local WalMart just fine, even though WalMart's website says my zip code won't work (right now ANY zip code you put in for this phone, it will say it doesn't work). Basically if you have T-Mobile service in your area, it will work. If for some strange reason it doesn't, remember WalMart has a 15 day return policy for a full refund.

you cannot use a tmobile sim card for this phone it have to be family mobile power by T Mobile

And douglasch, actually yes, you CAN use this phone with T-Mobile directly (not just through Walmart's Famliy Mobile).

I know this firsthand (a friend bought one through WalMart last week, then went with his family to the local T-Mobile store (not at WalMart), bought a $10 T-Mobile SIM card, popped it in, and added it to his family plan).

Basically, if you're an individual, WalMart's T-Mobile ("Family Mobile") is cheaper and a better deal. If you're a family (especially 3-5 people), going through T-Mobile directly (rather than WalMart's Family Mobile) is a better deal. But whatever you decide, this phone WILL WORK either with WalMart's Family Mobile OR T-Mobile directly. (Family Mobile's SIM is $25, T-Mobile's SIM is $10, but again, if you're an individual, Family Mobile is the cheaper/better plan, if you're a family, T-Mobile direct is the cheaper/better plan).

It is compact and a great value entry level smartphone. It fits in your pocket and has all the features of the Samsung Galaxy phones. It works the same as my youngest son's Galaxy S3 with just a little bit smaller screen. It also fits better in my hand than the S3, has a flash and takes great pictures. I am going to put a smudge proof screen protector on it which will reduce the appearance of smudges and fingerprints and protect the screen from scratching and back glare. I already have a hard case cover that's made for it which allows me to personalize it to distinguish it from other phones at a glance, and protect it from damage. My oldest son has a Samsung Exhibit smartphone also.
