Rated 1 out of 5 by Trinity1970 Horrible Product!!! I ordered this for Christmas. It arrived with no instructions or the hardware to mount it on the wall . The screws that attach the scrolls are so weak that as I was screwing them in the heads broke off. This happened with 3 of them. I ended up spending half an hour with a pair of needle nose pliers slowly removing the rest of the broken part of the screw. Now the holes are stripped and I have to put in larger ones so they aren't loose. All of the screws that were put in by the company were loose and/or stripped as well. Lastly there were areas around where the scrolls are attached that were not sanded smooth and it is visible. This was definitely not worth $200.00. I received 2 computer generated e-mails saying I would receive a reply within 24 hours which has not happened yet either. I will NEVER purchase anything from Hayneedle.com/PlumStruck ever again! 12/29/2012
