Vtech Toy Story 3 Buzz Lightyear Star Command Lapt Simply put, the LCD screen does NOT light up and my kid can't see it. I also find no indication that it's meant to light up. Graphics are b/w and for the value all you get is a buzz-head. In fact, you'd have to have a real buzz to buy this one. 08/08/2010
Great Educational Toy My son is a special needs child, and received this as a gift. He loves it! It has been teaching him his letter sounds, pronunciation, and many other things. Sure, the screen doesn't light up, but what child needs to really be using a laptop in the dark?!? For being a kids toy, this is a great educational item for any child. I know that with in the few days that my son has had it, he is already showing progress! I HIGHLY recommend it... 12/23/2010
What a disappointment! We believed this was a good product for educational purposes. And our son agreed, if only for a little while. After only a few hours, the mouse stop working. And even when we tried to circumvent the problem by using the keyboard, it was not the same because this is a product that heavily depends on that peripheral. If you buy this product, be prepared for more disappointments, space rangers. 12/31/2010
