    Change the factory settings! I now love this TV, but came very, very close to returning it. The problem was the factory settings. When we set it up and left the factory settings "as is", all the TV shows, movies, and movies on DVD looked like a teleplay aka "The Soap Opera Effect/Dr. Who look". It really bothered me. Also, everything looked "digitalized". So I got on the internet and found out from very helpful reviewers of every kind of LCD TV that you need to customize the settings. One very helpful person said to turn OFF Smooth Motion technology, turn OFF Noise Reduction and put Sharpness at 0...this worked!!! To me this seems completely opposite of what you should do, but believe me our picture is great now. I'm so glad that I didn't have to take it back! I gave the features one star, because why would you have extra features that make the picture look worse! If it hadn't been for that headache, I would give it 5 stars. 05/03/2010
    performace I searched all reviews on all the major brands,and also Vizio.I purchased my tv a week ago,and so far:no problems.Crisp picture and very good sound .Was easy to set up.Good tv for the price. 04/10/2010
    Not a happy Buyer 1st year great product. Just out of warranty picture started going black 6 inches from top on left hand side all the way down and half way out to the center of the picture. Contacted Vizio and they pretty much told me to trash the TV since it was the picture screen and it was 3 months out of warranty. Too much money for 1 years use. 04/08/2010
    Do not buy this product Bought the TV 2 years ago - had a very good picture. Then 1 day no picture no sound no nothing, have to unplug the TV to even turn it off! Called Vizio customer support - they give you a phone number to another company that "might" be able to service the TV except the company has "no technicians in your area". Paid way too much money for a 2 year TV 04/26/2010
