read reviews on amazon.com half these units for this model are junk. i bought this based on reviews on walmart. MISTAKE!! I should have read reviews from amazon. Every time you turn the t.v. on it freezes. cant turn off unless u unplug tv. picture freezes audio still works. when it works (after waiting up to five minutes) it really looks good. just the power is junk (updated fully via internet and still problems).returned it and ordered on amazon the vizio razor 32inch led lcd via t.v. and it works perfect. much better product for 32 inch model. did crash twice because of internet updates. (updates and shuts down) now fully updated and works great. 05/15/2011
