AWESOME for the price I got two of these cameras for my boys. They wanted to take pictures the last days of school. The cameras are awesome! They are easy to use... they work all the buttons and know how to delete. (ages are 7 & 9) they love them. We were sick of buying them those cameras that if you take out the batteries the photos delete. With this camera you can use a chip and they have enless room and worry free about having theit pictures deleted. GREAT buy for 1st time camera. GO FOR IT!! 05/18/2010
Piece of junk-- don't waste your money! Digital zoom is useless--- pictures taken with it are so blurred and grainy you can't even recognize the people in them. So the camera's range is very limited. Colors are all messed up. Video is THE WORST EVER--- there's a weird sound like a thumping heartbeat on all audio and all motion is blurred. Control buttons are difficult to press precisely, menus are not user-friendly. This one is going back to the store ASAP! 08/01/2010
excellent product Many more +s than -s: first thing, get a memory card right away or you can only take one picture. The buttons are a little small, but it just takes a little getting used to. There is no instruction manual other than a quick start guide. The instruction manual is available online through the included CD. This looks like a great camera for photos and videos for the price - lots of options available. Great picture quality, easy uploading and editing, and user-friendly. 05/30/2010
Fancy cellphone camera Decent enough camera considering the price paid. The 1.8 LCD screen is small and has a hard time with any movement (tends to be blurry) - much like many cameras on cell phones. Which is pretty much what this is, a fancy cellphone camera in its own case. Photos are about 800KB each so plenty will fit in a 1 GB SD card (which you will have to buy as the camera has no internal memory). The camera takes passable pictures with lots of purple fringing and lacking in detail (again, like a cellphone camera from 2006). Best resolution is 2048 x 1536 pixels.The camera has a flash and takes video (640 x 480 or 320x240). Video uses space quickly as 30 seconds of video is about 41 MB of storage. Its merely OK. For the amount of money spent, I got pretty much what I expected it to be: a camera much like that on a high-end cellphone from 2006. 07/25/2010
