Pills no longer hard to take I have always had a problem taking pills. It has been an unpleasant experience for many years. The pill grinder simply solved my problem. An added benefit is my older dog has a problem as well and it works for her. Walmart, thank you for making my life and my dog's life easier. 09/15/2010
Does what it is advertised to do...but! This grinder does a pretty good job of chopping up just about any pill. It initially just chops them into large pieces, then it grinds them into little pieces and "dust" which you can handle several different ways. The "but" is due to the fact that most pills are not acceptible to place in your mouth once they are broken regardless of the resulting size. Both of the pills I tryed, a vitamin and some pain relievers, turned out to be so god-awful bitter once ground up that they made the food they were put on unedible. I have never ground a pill since, would rather not take the pills. Will probably take one of the grinders back, bought two and doubt I could wear one out. Good luck. 04/22/2011

Extremely helpful for those taking medication For years & years I have watched my grandparents & now my parents deal with the frustration of the dozens of pills taken daily. This handy little device helps to pulverize those pills (especialy the "horse pills"), so that they can be easily ingested. GREAT PRODUCT!!!
