Rated 5 out of 5 by Steelon For the price, absolutely can't be beat I originally bought a 7" Samsung Galaxy II. The screen was just too small for me. I didn't want to spend $500 on a tablet so I ordered this one since it has 16GB memory, 1GB of RAM, and HDMI.. It has worked beautifully right out of the box. At first some of the Apps like Kindle didn't work properly. Then it notified me that several of the provided Apps needed updating. After updating, EVERYTHING works. Router is in another room and I have not had a single signal drop, hangup, or any lag when watching Netflix or browsing the web. I have also connected it to our 55" TV via HDMI and caught up with past TV programs and some movies from free sites. You do need to order a 10' mini-HDMI cable for around $4.00 at that auction site. Oh, yeah, if your browser's a little slow sometimes, just download the Dolphin mobile browser. I don't know how well the Bluetooth works yet.The speaker isn't that great and it's on the back. I use headphones or connect it to the Aux of an old boombox i have. Works fine also when connected to the TV. Turn down the volume on the tablet and use the TV volume.Love reading free Amazon Kindle books in bed with this large screen. No lights needed. Just rest it on a pillow and you're ready. Haven't found any Apps I can't download yet. I haven't installed Google Playstore yet, but there's a video and instructions on YouTube specifically for this model. No problem.The battery life is great. Much better than the Samsung. Forgot and left it on all night and still had a couple hours left the next morning.The people who wrote the bad reviews either got a bad one out of the box(happens) or they may not know about updates, etc. and there were 17 of those for the Apps. Be patient, do the updates, and don't expect it to perform like your blazing-fast PC. 02/22/2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by ima12 DO NOT EXPECT CUSTOMER CARE FOR THIS PRODUCT!!!!!! Screen freezes, will not download apps. Apps that are on the tablet do not work. Very disappointed.The customer support is non existant and no new updates to fix these problems. I have tried for days to contact customer care by phone and email, no reply from either.Was most disappointed by Kindle app. 01/25/2013

Reasons given for the price decline include the fact that this Tablet HAS ONLY A SINGLE CPU INSTEAD OF THE MULTIPLE-CORE CPU's in the other best selling Tablets. I ended up purchasing the LENOVO A2109 for the same price, even though the lenovo has a 4-core CPU and a 9" screen. 12/01/2012
