Directions
- Place spacer between large And second toes. Pull on hosiery carefully.Readjust toe spacer as necessary. For maximum benefit, do not wear shoesthat interfere with toe freedom. Hand wash; air dry. Sprinkle withtalcum powder if gel becomes tacky.
Warnings
Do not use if you have diabetes or poor circulation. If pain, numbness,discoloration or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Ifsymptoms persist, visit a foot specialist.

In addition to keeping the open area covered, I find that using this spacer between the toes to prevent rubbing is actually helping to heal the ulcer. The spacer is very soft and comfortable - I don't even feel it as I go about my daily activities. I plan to order another package so I always have them on hand. 01/10/2013
