Not happy! I purchased this product last year, and we had problems since day one. Once in awhile it would leak. Well it finally leaked so much, had very little water in it, that I think burned the motor, since it does not have an automatic shut off.The mist was fine, and besides the leaking it did its job. Is not as quiet as it claims to be, but is a pleasant sound. If you don't keep up with the cleaning, it will start to smell funny. Vick's wants me to send it back for repairs, it will take 8 weeks or so to get an answer, well, my kids can't wait that long. 11/13/2008
So far I really like this humidifier. I haven't had to clean it yet, so I can't comment on the ease of cleaning. I have had many humidifiers over the years and this is lightweight and easy to fill. It sits nicely on anything. I love the Vicks pads, however, they only last a few hours so I can see where that component will be costly. So far so good.....yeah Vicks! 11/12/2008
