They should. In my experience, they will not.

After logging in, it gives you the options to buy movies and shows and says you&#39;re logged in to your account. This may or may not be true.

If you&#39;re lucky like others, you should see your movie collection. I was not lucky.

This is not a feature of the VUDU Spark stick. This stick is strictly for playing movies/videos from VUDU/Ultraviolet linked accounts. It is not an android or similar device.

I own some movies on vudu now, will these appear when I connect the stick??

No, the Vudu stick will not work with Netflix.

This device will not work with netflix or Hulu.

This will work with a TV, or a monitor. It won&#39;t work with a laptop. TVs and monitors are meant to receive signals. Plug the Spark into a TV/Monitor, Spark sends the signal out, into the TV for it to display. This won&#39;t work with a laptop since the laptop is also an output device (plug a HDMI into a laptop into a TV/monitor, and the laptop will send the signal out to the TV/monitor so the TV/monitor will display whatever is on your laptop). Connecting the Spark to a laptop HDMI won&#39;t do anything. It would be like plugging a VCR into another VCR. Doesn&#39;t do anything.

If you want an inexpensive way to connect your TV to your VUDU account,  this works great. It streams fast, easy to use  and the picture is great! Very happy I got it, and would recommend it.

VUDU Spark

I've used all the other streaming devices out there and the Vudu Spark is the only one (outside of Roku) that has a high performing, user-friendly Vudu app. Vudu is my preferred way of purchasing and renting the latest movies and the Spark, for its price, and $25 in credits, is a no-brainer. I gave one to my kid's going away to college and we can all share the same movies on one account. Great service, and great product for the entry-level user.

Best device for Vudu users or new to digital!

This device streams VUDU movies.. period. If you wanted a Roku, this is not it.

I have a Home Theatre personal computer running Linux for my primary TV service, but it is not compatible with VUDU streaming service for some reason, so I needed a separate device to access my VUDU account, and this works perfectly.

Fast, easy, awesome picture quality, high-def as well, just works beautifully for me. Simply plug in to an HDMI port on your TV, connect to your wireless network, sign in to your VUDU account, and get ready to watch thousands of movies on demand in amazing hi-def... the remote is simple and ergonomic... just a great device. 

I am very satisfied, and would recommend this to anyone who wants to rent or own movies and stream to TV in high definition, with no issues whatsoever.

VUDU Streaming is what you get..

I was looking into a Roku for my bedroom t.v. when this popped up. I have a Wii which plays my Netflix but not my Vudu so I opted for this since all I really needed was access to Vudu...and the 25 dollar credit had a lot to do with my choosing it. I missed the part that says it's a 5 dollar credit every month for 5 months. I was a little disappointed but whatever. I had to do a factory reset on it after two days of having it as it brought up an error message on my t.v.
I used it for about a week with no more problems before I decided to get the Roku SE anyway. I wasn't unhappy with the Spark, it's a solid portable device and works fine if you're just looking for something to play your Vudu movies.

Decent

I am very happy with this device. It is a great product overall, and I got it at an amazing price! And on top of that, I get extra promotional credits to use in VUDU. That alone made the purchase worth it, especially since in the end, I get more in credits than I paid for the device itself! SWEET deal! As for the stick itself, it works well, at least so far, and I looked for it to get access to my ultraviolet collection, which this serves that purpose well. The only thing I think that is missing is some kind of storage(i.e. I would like to/expect to see some form of sd card slot, for expandable storage). An SD/microSD card slot would allow for storage, so I could download movies, etc. to watch later offline. An SD card slot also should not increase the cost of the stick significantly. Onboard storage I would expect to increase the price, but not as much as with an sd card slot.

Great device!

When I bought this item I pretty much understood what all it could do.  It's great to have along with a good internet connection. My internet connection is not very good so I miss out on all that this little jewel can do.  Keeps my grand children and my self pretty entertained!! We love to see movies and all the new ones coming out!!

My Vudu

To be honest it did not work for me and it was a gift so I had a time span in which I had in order to return it- what a disaster - plus the the batteries were not included as stated - not to mention it slipped my mind but I wish someone would had told me I had to return it back to the Retail which was not Walmart

Problems

No Vudu movies can be viewed more than a couple of minutes on the Vudu Stick. I also have Amazon Fire TV, but Vudu does not come with it. Got stupid and thought I'd save $50 by not buying a Roku, and mistakenly purchased a useless Vudu Stick.

Vudu stick continually reboots. Cannot view complete movies as the stick will reboot for no reason and re-start from scratch as if it were newly started. Very disappointed as I have to watch all movies off my computer in SD mode, and NOT HDX. The Vudu Stick has proven itself to be a very disappointing waste of money.

I had it exchanged twice, and surmised that none were really any good.

Vudu is strictly Vudu. At least with a Chromecast for $10 more, you'll have Vudu plus many, many more!! Save up and get Roku as it has Vudu plus more, too!

Not worth it.

I love Vudu and it's service. I literally have 100's of movies and dozens of TV shows bought through Vudu. I can access Vudu through my Blu Ray player and my PS4 already, so I wasn't sure if I should buy this or not. But with the 25 dollar gift card this is basically free so I figured why not.

With that being said I don't understand this "Spark" at all. I know its competing with Roku, and Amazon Fire, but both of those also offer tons of other apps. This only lets you watch Vudu. No netflix, no Hulu Plus, NOTHING else.

Maybe they will see the error of their ways and update this so you can use other apps, but for now your better off buying any, ANY of the other streaming sticks.

Why?

This stick only plays Vudu, which was excepted.

I mean, I think it plays Vudu.

If you can get through the poorly-designed keyboards (unresponsive/slow, shift key is actually caps lock, button presses don't register or register twice, non-standard layout) to login to your wifi and your account, maybe you can watch some Vudu.

The app loads. The app itself is nearly identical to the XB1 and PS4 versions of the app. Those versions of the VUDU app have noticeably worse usability vs. equivalent apps from Amazon, Netflix or Hulu, but the video quality is as good or better than anyone around - HDX tends to look great on every version of the VUDU app.

Nearly identical. The key missing feature is THE ABILITY TO WATCH ANY OF THE MOVIES OR SHOWS I OWN. My library does not appear at all. After two days and two restarts, all the sale offers show up, but my library does not.

I like VUDU as a service -- HDX is rad and disc-to-digital is fantastic -- but this thing was miserable to use before I found out it's completely useless.

The new Chromecast costs $10 more and lets you cast 1080p HDX from a phone or tablet. It also lets you use more streaming services, which all tend to be easier to use. The Roku stick does as well. If you have a console, it has a VUDU app.

Any of these options are better than this slow, pointless stick.

It does only one thing, poorly
