I first purchased the Innotab 3 Baby for my daughter 3 years ago so she had something to keep her busy on long car rides and while we were places that were boring for kids. After 3 years of rugged use it finally decided to give up. Now that she is almost 5 I went with the upgraded one to better suit her needs for learning. This Innotab accepts the old cartridges that I purchased recently and also provides a better selection of educational games. I have been and always will be a loyal customer to the VTech brand... 10 times better than the other educational brands!

I bought it a mounts ago. I'm just trying to get  ytube on there. The tablet should come with songs on it, like Wheels on the bus. Or Daniel tiger them songs.

I bought this for my daughter for christmas. Setting it up was difficult and I had to call the vtech company who were no help at all. I had to reset the vtech and reset it up. Once I got it working my daughter loved it. She uses it all the time.

I bought this tablet after returning two other VTech tablets.  The Innotab Max only worked if it was plugged into an outlet.  I have bought a total of 3 VTech tablets since this past Christmas only to have a 3 year left disappointed.  I will never buy another VTech Toy ever again.  I am out hundreds of dollars because she has games that were also purchased. The company is of no help at all!

Complete Garbage

I purchased four of these for my grandchildren and just gave them to their parents to set up before Christmas. Neither parents could register the tab as the site had been hacked, when calling them they were told this happened in November and they were still working on it, wish I would have known this before I spent hundreds on something they can not use. When this happened the remaining tabs should have been removed from the store shelves so no one else wasted money on a gift that cannot be used.

We are returning it today...not what we expected. Thought you could download external apps, but only ones vtech makes you pay for seem to work.

Not what we expected

My kids had 2 of these and it's a waste of money. You can only expect to get 6 months to a year out of these and that's with light use! Very disappointed...especially considering the extra you pay for the games!

Garbage

I bought this item for my son's birthday was excited to open and get started but we noticed bugs right off the bat. Web browser keeps crashing same with all the desktop icons just keeps jittering i'm very disappointed in Vtech with this item. Because of the constant crashings my son got frustrated one day and broke it so i couldn't return it for refund.
