does not come with power supply the product works well it took a large drop 15 minutes after opening and continues to work well. You will howevre need a magnifing glass to read that it does not come with a power supply & it discharges AA batteries at lightning speed.The power supply is an additional ten dollars and we have not had an opportunity to use it . 12/29/2011
Great Toy! I bought this for my grandson for Christmas. I read all the reviews first. The only negative thing it says is that the toys goes through tons of batteries. It really does! 4 for every two hours he is on it. I bought good batteries too. We will be purchasing rechargeable batteries this week and looking for a cord to use to plug it in as well. He showed it to everyone on Christmas day. Lots of things to learn. He is in Kindergarten and he just loves it! 12/29/2011

VTech-Innotab I had a problem downloading the VTech's Learning Lodge Navigator. I called the support desk but they were so overwhelmed with calls they never responded to me. You need the older version of Flash (v11) I had the newest flash installed on my system. I was reading the blogs out on the web. Lots of people had the same problem and spent hours trying to figure it out. One guy got it. It is a pretty simple solution. The VTech software is not compatible with the latest flash (v11). You have to go to an older version of flash. They should warn people. That's the kind of thing that makes people give your product bad reviews when it is actually a good product. My 6 year old Grandson loves it! They need to make the set up more user friendly! 12/28/2011
