Rated 1 out of 5 by Ayana89 The Worst Reception I have had this phone for about 2 weeks and it has had very bad static at random times. If I use this phone 4 times a day, 3 times I will have to deal with the static. It is VERY hard to hear the person on the other end of the phone line.Other than this the voicemail set up and other features are semi-easy to operate.The Battery life is not the best eitherI AM returing this phone TODAY! 11/29/2012

The only reason I have owned many is because I get rid of my house phone and end up giving mine to someone who needs it. I will be purchasing another one of these tomorrow. I always buy VTech. My last one I gave to my mother and she has had no issues with it. I had no troubles figuring out any of the caller ID options or menu options. 10/16/2012
