Rated 4 out of 5Â by ProudNHappyParent Does the job. It does what it needs to do... puts humidity in the air. :-DI bought a humidity thermometer to test it, and it works just fine. Product automatically turns off when it runs out of water (which it does often if you set it to a level and leave it running). Product is supposed to turn off when the desired humidity is reached, but I have yet to see it do that. That could be because the product is whisper quiet. It could also be that the air in my house is super dry (apparently). :-PSupposively, it also has the ability to put vicks in the air for when your child has cold-like symptoms or troubles breathing. I haven't used this feature yet since the vicks wasn't included and my son has yet to be sick. There were coupons included to help with the purchase of separate vicks product (4 $1 off purchase of single product coupons).Overall, I think the humidifier will be better used in the winter season. 05/25/2009

I used it for 1 1/2 weeks straight and the output didn't get any better. I would like more steam when my son is really stuffy. It did seem to do the job though. Overall, it looks good, easy to use, quality is great, maintenance is very simple but the price seemed a little high. It's a quiet unit, with a peaceful hum and gurgle, very tolerable.Cons: The filters are little hard to find and the germicidal bulb can be pricey. Just type GTL3 in your search engine and you'll find the bulb for like $8 or so. Also, the blue light is very bright, it will light up your room but I didn't find this bothersome.Overall, I would recommend this product. 10/26/2009
Rated 1 out of 5Â by Veryunpleased sucks Used this humidifer for approx a total of 4 months all together and only ran at night in one 10x11 bedroom. Had to turn the dial up 3/4 of the way and it was still dry in the room. The humidifer one night made a clunk noise and it was done. This humidfier was not worth the money. I bought a sunbeam that was $10 cheaper and runs in the living room and kitchen which is open together all day and night long and we have had no problems with it. 12/05/2009
