I wouldn't use them outside. I'm pretty sure they are made of some kind of fiber board which would not stand up to moisture of any kind. They are definitely an indoor piece.

Okay, I answered this in another question. The majority of the white one I bought was painted wood/wood products. The straps that hold the tray and hold the legs are plastic. It resembles a luggage rack when the little tray is not in place. I would think this would not hold up in wet conditions. The bottom of the tray feels like painted particle board. It is a cute little table, but I would say for indoor use/storage only. Hope this helps!

I have it. It looks like wood, no plastic. Indoor kind of item. I would not be afraid to use outdoors for a season or two.

Wow, I had to go look....does it say it's plastic....hmmm, I got the white one and it appears to be painted wood legs and sides to the tray with some particle board (painted) as the tray bottom. The straps that hold the tray are plastic. When you remove the tray the legs and straps kind of look like a small luggage rack. Hope that helps, the white one I have is definitely mostly wood products.

No tools, pull it out of the box and it practically unfolds into place.

No assembly required, although the bottom frame simply folds open and the top tray simply sets in place atop the folding bottom frame.  It could be mounted together easily with a little ingenuity and a few flathead screws, or I plan to use Velcro to hold the tray on and still be able to fold the entire table down.

Nice, study and functional side table. Purchased to go next to a futon and the size is perfect. The removable tray is very convenient. Nice craftsmanship, especially for the money.

Great for the price

I ordered two tables in black, both tables arrived without damage.  No scratches or chipped paint on tables.  I use one  to hold my knitting and knitting accessories along with a cup of coffee beside my chair.  Of course,  these are tray tables, not heavy duty lamp tables, they look good and I would order again.  Just wish I needed more.

I bought this specifically for the serving tray. It's just a bonus that it comes with table legs! I love the tray on my ottoman for the remote, box of tissues and a place to set my cup.

Great serving tray, and it's a table!

This is ideal for the patio when entertaining or to have in a guest room. Not the "best" quality, but I think it's durable enough & stylish for the intended purpose.

Great Deal

As others have noted, this is simply a tray that sits on top of a stand that is similar to a hotel suitcase stand.  But the stand does extend up inside a lower rim under the tray.  The design is not top-heavy and these would work even on a slightly irregular lawn.  I want the tray to be attached yet able to remove it, so I'm using some Velcro strips on top of each leg and inside the underneath of the tray corners.  That way they're more sturdy, less likely to fall apart on some unsuspecting guest, yet I can still disassemble them and put them away.

These are so cute and such a great price. I bought two of them. They serve as easy to move non traditional coffee tables for our giant sectional.

Cute and fun

Purchased this to put in the bathroom next to the tub so I  can watch Netflix while taking a bubble bath.  

Works well.

Only issue is that one of the areas was unattached when it shipped, it was a glue/little bit of wood/hole situation that hasn't been resolved yet because the little piece of wood was destroyed.  I'm sure it could be fixed rather easily, but I have that side facing the back, so there isn't an issue.  

Came fully assembled, just had to place the tray on the stand.

There was a problem with the colors online. I wanted red tables and received white. Apparently they do not come in red ??????

Good table

The product appeared amazing online. It came and it was incredibly small (I don't know how they could call this a side table... it is barely two feet tall). It was missing the bolts needed to make sure that the legs wouldn't collapse when it was standing up. Overall not worth it... Spend the extra 20 bucks to get something average at ikea.

Not worth the time and investment

I bought two of these tables for night stands and one is AMAZING it's super cute and just the right size and I love it! The other came literally broken In half and the box was open. It's actually very impressive how bad it was, I'm not sure how you achieve that. So obviously things happen so I can be understanding but what sucks is that I had to go to the store and return it and then order it again and pay more the second time. I got refunded $26 and had to pay $32 to reorder it so I'm out more money just because they send me a broken one. That doesn't seem fair to me. If this one is broken as well I'll just cry. I really like these tables but they are a lot of trouble.
