Love my Patio heater I have a small deck on the upperfloor of my home. The smaller Uniflame heater is perfect for those cool, foggy summer nights. the hexagonal base is very stable. I shopped around and found Walmart's online price was much better than the competitors. The quality of the heater is also superior to some I saw that were priced higher. 07/23/2007
Nifty gadget This heater is perfect for cool nights outside. It was about 60 degrees and I had it on low. This model also uses the propane cylinders found in the camping aisle, which is really convenient. Highly recommended. 06/08/2008
TABLETOP HEATER PRODUCT WORKS, BUT YOU MUST BE SITTING WITH-IN ONE FOOT OF THE HEAT OR IT IS USELESS. I HAVE IT IN A GAZEBO SITTING IN THE MIDDLE ON THE TABLE AND YOU HAVE TO GET RIGHT NEXT TO IT FOR ANY WARMTH. 10/18/2007
Not Strong Enough It was very easy to put together. And very easy to insert the 1lb. propane tank. The top cover shield is very big and gets very hot. But it doesn't provide enough heat. You kinda have to be sitting right underneath it to really feel the heat. In the instruction book, it is recommended that you use the 20lb large propane tanks. So maybe using the small ones is not strong enough. But being anchored to a large tank is not convenient.I think it might serve its purpose if it were inside a gazebo or porch that has a roof and sides. Then it might heat up the room. But if there is a breeze it blows the heat away. 08/22/2007
