Rated 1 out of 5 by esoclectica undocumented feature renders unusable I have the 2 handset version of this phone. At first I was happy and would have rated a 3.5. Then I picked up a handset and it declared itself in silent mode... not addressed in the manual. no way o get it to ring anymore. A few months later the other phone also declared itself in silent mode and I could no longer receive incoming calls. expensive paperweights. 10/11/2012

This is a negative mark against the store, but not the product. The phone itself actually works really well for the price. 06/27/2012
