With the help of the USRobotics USR5670 56K Internal PCI Modem, you can send emails and attachments faster, browse internet more quickly as well as enjoy incoming calls on your phone without getting cut off from the internet connection. The dial-up connection modem is ideal for use both at home and in the office. It is capable of receiving data at speeds up to 56 Kbps and send out data at speeds up to 48 Kbps. The V.92 PCI Modem enhancement is backward compatible which means that it will automatically obtain the highest speed possible when it is connected to an ISP.

Good modem I was being plagued by random disconnects and freezes with a Zoom usb modem that I had been using for years.I bought this modem with little expectation that it would cure the problem, but it did.It installed into XP w/ no problems and has been troublefree in usage. 03/21/2008

A modem that isn't a huge pain! I bought this to help a friend get back on the internet. and this modem is the first modem i have ever used that didn't try to kill me! it plugged into the PCI port no problems installing software is simple and straightforward and made a successful connection first time. 08/04/2010
