Horrible I purchased the above item, received it on 4/7/2012 I noticed the zipper for the big luggage was broken due to the fact I was going on vacation on 4/11/2012 I could not wait for new luggage, when I got my luggage to the hotel, there was a tear in the luggage....I have been trying to get a telephone number to contact US Traveler's and have had no luck.....I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! 04/19/2012
