my daughter loves this bed This is a great bed, but takes a long time to put together. I had 3 men putting it together. It took nearly an hour to unpack the boxes. They are packed very well w/ lots of foam, only to begin you need pieces from all 3 boxes. It took them about 4 or 5 hours to put it all together. Once it is together, it is not easily moved. Took 4 of us to each take a corner to move it. It is assembled on carpeted bedroom, and we have had no problems with the desk rolling in & out under the bed. My daughter loves to roll it out just to "camp out" underneath the crawl space. She likes that it isn't as tall as a traditional bunk bed. The shelf along the top side is nice as well - holds her clock, ipod, etc. We got her a twin mattress which is about 7 inches tall, and it works out perfectly with the railing height. 08/16/2010
Excellent toddler bed!! We looked at multiple loft & jr loft beds for our 3 1/2 yr old son. We were hesitant to buy something online, but after the great reviews - we had to give it a try. It is the best looking that we found - at the best price too! The value is outstanding & we couldn't be happier. Our son LOVES his new bed & overall we're very happy with our purchase! 07/27/2010
no what i expected When my daughter saw this bed on line it looks like a really nice bed with storage. When we received the merchandise, the boxes were really heavy and when we open them my goodness there was so many pieces to put together that it was not funny. It was not what i expected, it was a really bad material. We returned it back to walmart.com 07/18/2010
Very nice tween bed This was a 2 person job but became a one woman job. It took me 6 hours to assemble but went up very easy. The directions were very helpful and there was no missing pieces. This bed takes up a lot of space, so if you know you have a small room reconsider this bed. It is really nice when done and has lots of storage all in one unit. Very happy with the bed. 07/14/2010
