Rated 1 out of 5★ by Nanibernie Nice tv stand, poor customer service at Wayfair The company (Wayfair) order number and the Walmart order number were different for the same order. I was confused and thought I had ordered two TV stands. Walmart customer service explained the confusion. I got the tv stand, but it was missing parts. Called and emailed the company and still no parts. I received parts for one draw and wrong parts for the second draw. The customer service person at Wayfair told my husband that the two draws were suppose to be different sizes??????? I recently bought two other tv stands from value city which were delivered and already assembled. This project seems like it will take forever to assembly, since the company has not yet sent the parts. 11/29/2012
Rated 2 out of 5★ by MELJHO tv stand is ok; service not I don't have any complaints about this product, however, I need to warn the general public of Wayfair's service. I had to call after 2 weeks of waiting for the stand, and they were very apologetic and said the order was lost. They proceeded to appease me by sending another stand; I received it 4 or 5 days later to find that it was the wrong item! This stuff is extremely heavy, so I was not happy that I opened it up to find the wrong product. This is where my warning comes in. Wayfair sent me a (wrong) product that was only half there. If this was my stand, I would only have 1/2 the parts. So, I called Wayfair and they told me that they would of course send the correct stand and that I could keep this product if the manufacturer didn't want it back, but I would have to wait 3 weeks to find out - what? And, they would not provide the missing pieces. So I would have to stare at this huge box of trash for 3 weeks? No, I told them either I throw it away or they come and get it NOW. The next day a message on my phone tells me that I could keep it- yeah, why would they want their faulty product back? Let her keep it and deal with it... I will never order from Wayfair again, so Walmart - you lose! Who wants to deal with that? 03/02/2013
