I purchased this product because all 6 outlet are not switched. My use is with a Cable Box, HDTV, Blueray/VCR/CD player, VCR, Dual Tape Player and Surround Sound Tuner. Since many of these components are used in different combinations, I did not want any outlets controlled by one component.

Rated 3 out of 5 by jtmcap286 Recieved this item and noticed how bulky it was. Whcih can be a good thing. The construction is solid. But the down side for me was the heft and the lack of a center screw to retain to the wall socket. Also this unit only pulgs into one outlet as opposed to the two, which doesn't help it stay in place. After putting in only three plugs the unit would fall out of the wall.

i previously had a powerstrip at the outlet and the desk chair was always get caught in the cords. This has solved that problem completely! However, it doesn't seem as stable in the wall as I had hoped. I have to hold it in order to pull a power cord out. But that isn't that big of a deal.

These allow you to keep your furniture very close to the wall. I'm glad that I could find this at Walmart.com because they are very hard to find in retail stores.

I didn't realize how much I needed this! We have 3 cell phones, plus ebooks to charge and very limited outlets. This helps keep everything organized so we no longer misplace our plugs!

Cheaper than the other ones out there but it can handle the same amount of joules as most.
The rotating plugs are also pretty cool.

This is a 'no brainer'.
Wal-mart shipped immediately and it got here in 3 days. I love the fact that the outlets tilt for behind the bed (my phone lines and Sleep number bed) and behind the dresser (Plasma TV).
