The Tripp Lite Power Strip with Surge Suppression offers a convenient method for horizontal or vertical power distribution in equipment racks, computer rooms, workbenches or raceways. This 15 amp power strip features NEMA 5-15P input receptacles and 16 NEMA 5-15R output receptacles with 2.717" center-to-center spacing. It has adjustable mounting clips so you can install it in a wide variety of applications. This 16-outlet power strip protects the connected equipment from transient surges and line noise with built-in surge suppression rated at 450 joules. This corded, multi-outlet strip reduces cable clutter and lets you connect multiple electrical devices to a single AC wall socket. The Tripp Lite power strip features a rugged all-metal gray housing. The 15A resettable circuit breaker secures this power strip from overloading and short circuits. This is a lighted power switch with transparent guard to prevent it from accidentally being shut off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Steven1001 Execellent I got 16 outlets now and they are spaced out so that when I plug in my transformer power supply's the spacing lets me use the next outlet I currently have 11 outlets used out of 16 outlets and six outlets are transformers this one unit replaces two 6 outlet units and a extension cord with plugs so close that my transformers covered extra outlets it is something to invest in if you have a lot of items to plug in it is a PLUS 10/29/2011
