So far, I am impressed(and SORE!) I have used this DVD so far only once and I am still sore a full 2 days later. I work out at my gym 5-7 days a week and I got this to supplement my usual cardio and weights. I know I got a good workout based upon my soreness and the fact that I was really sweaty after the full 45 minutes or so workout. I also like Brooke more than I thought. She is real and we actually see her sweat and get out of breath.So far, I am happy with my purchase. 01/29/2012
My new FAVORITE video!!!! This is a great workout. She doesn't race through the movements. It really works your entire body very well - including your arms, even using light weights. I work out regularly & was sore after I did this for the 1st time. The movements combine the use of many muscles all at the same time. You do each movement for 1 minute, which is harder than I thought. I highly recommend this dvd as an addition to your workout library. You can't beat the price here either. 04/04/2012
